The check in at the hotel was well managed even though we arrived late night. The host met us in the morning and was very welcoming. There was a hot water issue in the morning which is must in the winter morning.

No hangers in room, tap problem, no dustbin in the room. Also water was flowing in room when i was bathing ask them to improve the quality of the service

I did not have a great experience at this place. We booked the homestay so that we could have a calm weekend away from the bustle but basic amenities like drinking water, soaps, dustbin, towels were not provided, we had to call the person to get basic stuff. I went to celebrate my birthday, and mid-shower the water stops. While calling the owner, they told me to switch on the motor, as they weren't at home. I believe when I have paid my amount, I deserve the basic things at least. We complained and the next day the owner gave us a half-hearted apology. He tells us if we needed so much amenities we could have booked a 5-star room and how we ruined their anniversary. No accountability about our experience and furthermore invalidating our experience. I am very disheartened, this is not the way people practise privilege or power.

There's a way one can transmit and practise their privilege and experience. My birthday didn't go well because of the experience I had in this homestay. We booked this with the hope that it would provide a comfortable, calm and homely experience. While the location is good and quiet, our experience wasn't. We reached the hotel to find nobody, and then were informed that our room was upgraded (something we didn't request for). The room wasn't very clean unlike the pictures. During my birthday the water stopped coming during the bath, and I had to go and switch the motor after calling the person in-charge. Even for basic stuff like water, soap we had to call the person. Even though it's a homestay, our basic expectation was that we'd get the basic stuff to stay for 2 days. While we complained about this , the owner spoke to us the next day. Although I appreciate the apology, it seemed half-hearted with the owner mentioning how other people do not have issues, and if we wanted so much we should have gone to a 5-star. Just because someone has a great experience doesn't mean one can invalidate what we experienced. He told us how they were very educated and their anniversary was ruined because of our call, which I totally understand and feel sorry about, but who takes the onus of ruining our experience? I would not recommend this, and would urge the people to revisit their idea of providing an experience and acknowledging that there were gaps in their service.

Hotel was good cleanliness is also okay food was tasty as per my experience, room service would be provided if guest is staying more than 1 day apart from this everything was good

The property is located in a very nice place with a good atmosphere. All tourist points are nearby to the guesthouse. The owners are very good in behavior. It's just like a home with little minus things. But all over it's good for everyone. Sneha madam is a very nice cook her food is very tasty and authentic. One must visit without any doubts.

Very nice hotel and feel like home. Very near to all important location in jaipur. Manoj is very help full and given guidance how to travel in jaipur. Thanks manoj

It's was a pleasant stay at nice locality. Host has given us a warm welcome. Property is very clean with antique structures. Nice stay for family and solo. Location is also good.

Snehdeep guest house is best located in sethi colony and all the transport is available 24 hours. All nearby markets and tourst places are nearby. One of the best things is mr. Manoj is very helpful and connected with all sort of extra swefices and very eager to extend his services. He is running this guest house as passion and make his best to extend his support. My highly recommendation to stay here and enjoy the stay.
